“After supplying me with a very detailed quotation (we had 6 in total with a wide range of prices ) we had several meetings to discuss the proposed 2 bed extension to my home. I decided that although not the cheapest his was probably the most realistic quote & I agreed that he would undertake the build. I have been on site every day and everything has gone pretty much to plan and we have talked through any issues as needed. The workforce have all been extremely helpful, tidy and thorough. “The work conducted was for two storey 6m x 10m side extension. Rob completed the drawings and assisted with obtaining the planning permission. I was able to maintain a good working relationship with Rob throughout and where difficulties arose we were able to resolve them. Rob employed other trades to complete some of the work. The work completed by these trades was to a high standard and I was happy to have them work within my home. The build was completed on budget. It is important that if you are having building work done that you realise that not everything will go to plan, and that things you plan as a customer are not always practical. Rob was flexible and always contactable and open to negotiation re any changes. I am happy to recommend Rob.”
